Cancellation Policy

Flight delay or small timing changes can be adjusted when you contact us in advance.
Cancel or change at least 24 hours before pickup whenever possible.
Same-day cancellation may require a cancellation fee after driver and vehicle assignment.
If we cannot contact the guest after the agreed waiting time, the booking may be treated as completed.

Which airport do you support?
We mainly support Kansai International Airport (KIX) and Osaka Itami Airport (ITM), plus private routes across Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Kobe.
How do I choose Alphard or Hiace?
Alphard is recommended for small groups and premium comfort. Hiace is better for larger groups or more luggage.
Are highway and parking fees included?
Displayed prices are base prices in JPY. Toll roads, parking, late-night service and extra waiting may be charged separately when applicable.
Can I book on email or WhatsApp?
Yes. You can send your route, flight number, date, passenger count and luggage quantity through email or WhatsApp for quick confirmation.
